Ashton Court Pre-Wedding Shoot // Ros + Jake

Tomorrow is the big day for these guys! It seems like the longest time since we met up at Ashton Court for their Pre-Wedding shoot to talk about how far they'd got with their wedding plans! I can't believe that it was just before Christmas (I remember this because I was sporting a lovely Christmas jumper at the time!!)

I know that tomorrow is going to be an all out knees up with lots of family fun - so I'm really looking forward to it. Ros and Jake are a super down to earth couple and spending time with them was like meeting up with old friends, which is always a good sign. (I basically want to show up to every wedding and feel like I'm a friend who just happens to take some smashing photos of what's going on!)

Here's some of my favourites from our morning at Ashton Court - just before the heavens opened and reminded us what a British December is really like!

2017 ROUND UP

2017 - what a cracker!! I'll keep it short and sweet as there is so SO much I could say about the marvellous human beings who've all put their trust in me this year to capture their friends, their families, their epic moments in life.  We've had SO many laughs, a few tears (that leaked out in times of joy), sunshine, rain, wind (thanks Storm Brian) and some more rain - topped off with some epic wintery crispness.

 My first full time free-lance year and I survived it! My heart is over flowing and each and every couple or family I've met this year has been a joy to capture and spend a day in the life of.

Thank you everyone - I've come away with so many great new friendships and am stoked to continue to cross paths with many of you. To a new year! This one promises to be jam packed and full of adventure - watch this space! I'll be releasing more of the awesome 2017 weddings on the blog over the coming months mixed in with current bits and bobs too!
